Is Simsala a subscription?
No. You can try Simsala free for 30 days. After that, you buy a local license once; 12 months of updates are included.
Are AI costs included?
No. AI compute runs directly through your Runware or Replicate account. Simsala does not sell credits and does not add a hidden compute markup.
Why not use Runware or Replicate directly?
Providers generate images, upscales, or videos. Simsala organizes the design process: CAD exports, references, prompts, variants, and results stay connected on a local canvas.
Where are my projects and API keys stored?
Projects stay local in your vault folder. API keys are stored in your operating system's secure storage, such as macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager.
Which platforms and connectors are planned?
Simsala is intended for macOS 15+ and Windows 10+. Connectors are available for Archicad, Vectorworks, Rhino, and SketchUp; Revit, Blender, 3ds Max, and Cinema 4D are planned.
Can I try Simsala before buying?
Yes. The trial runs for 30 days and is fully functional. For renderings, you still need your own AI provider key.
